Tengo esta imagen mental de mi madre maquillándose frente al espejo y yo, de cinco o seis años, observándola, inmerso en su ritual. Desde entonces me encanta mirar mujeres maquillándose, es un fetiche. Estoy obsesionado.
Bajo ese pretexto me permití explorar las percepciones de lo masculino / femenino y la imagen personal en la cultura contemporánea influenciada por la estética “magazine”.

I have this mental image of my mother putting on makeup in front of the mirror while I, of maybe five or six years old, watched her steeped in her ritual. Since then I love watching women as they apply their makeup, it’s a fetish. I’m obsessed.
Under this pretext I explored the perceptions of the masculine / feminine values and self-image in contemporary culture influenced by the aesthetics of fashion magazines.
